CARE: Handle by the edges with clean, dry hands. Keep in its protective sleeve until framing. Use acid-free framing materials and display away from direct sunlight and moisture.
PREORDER, CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY

Production and shipping: Payment is collected in full at checkout. Estimated dispatch is 4-6 weeks after ordering; carrier transit time is additional. This is a shipping estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date for Homecoming, holidays, or other events. Shipping charges are shown at checkout, and tracking is provided when your order ships.
Production delays: If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you before that timeframe expires with a revised estimate and the option to consent to the delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped order, including its shipping charges and applicable tax. If consent is required and not received, we will cancel and refund as required by law.
Cancellations and change-of-mind returns: Email your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 24 hours, we do not offer change-of-mind cancellations, returns, or exchanges, except where required by law. This restriction does not apply to damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered items, or to cancellation rights arising from shipping delays. Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable international withdrawal rights, remain unaffected.
Damage, defects, or incorrect items: Please inspect your print on arrival and contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days, with your order number and photos of the print and packaging where possible. Keep the packaging while we resolve the issue. This requested reporting period does not limit your legal rights. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is needed for an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Replacements depend on edition availability; we will not expand the advertised edition to fulfill a replacement. Please contact us for return instructions before sending anything back.
Delivery issues and addresses: Check your address before ordering and email corrections promptly. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer, additional actual shipping costs may apply to reshipment, where permitted by law. Contact us if tracking stalls or the parcel does not arrive so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Refunds: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We initiate refunds promptly and within applicable legal deadlines; bank processing time may vary. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund for the unfulfilled item, associated shipping charges, and applicable tax.
International orders: Where international delivery is offered, import duties, taxes, and carrier clearance fees not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient under local rules. Customs processing can add transit time. Any mandatory rights in your jurisdiction take precedence over this policy.
Artwork appearance: Screen settings may cause minor color differences between the online image and the physical print. This does not exclude remedies for defects or material differences from the product description. Frame not included.
